₦100 billion, recovering over ₦2 billion for institutional clients including AMCON through litigation
and structured settlements.

Sussana is a legal practitioner with 9+ years’ experience protecting businesses,
assets, and rights through proactive counsel and clarity.
She co-founded U. MBADIWE AND CO. to prevent disputes before they
arise. Her practice focuses on airtight contracts, real estate and
property law, debt recovery, agri-business, regulatory compliance, and tech startups,
fundamental human rights, Lottery and Gaming, international law.
She has advised clients across Europe including the UK, Germany, Russia,
Spain, China, and locally within Nigeria, Lagos and FCT Abuja on property
transactions, title perfection, mortgage, joint venture agreements, lease
agreements and corporate compliance with CAC, FIRS, Patent, Lottery and Gaming, Probate, and other sector regulators.
She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, called to the Nigerian Bar. Sussana holds an LL.B Hons. from the Benue
